As a tourist, I loved the perfect location to explore Sassi di Matera, with restaurants and bars nearby. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable, especially with our toddler. The Suite 38 was stunning, spacious, and super relaxing. We will definitely be going back for another amazing stay.

The hotel is centrally located, providing an exceptional view of the surrounding historical setting. The room is well designed, modern, and has all the necessary facilities. The staff is professional, friendly and accommodating, always there to meet your needs. The breakfast is excellent with a 4-star level. the hotel offers a little extra with aroma therapy in the room, adding to the overall comfort and luxury.
As an aspect that could be improved, there is no in-room coffee available—an easy addition that could enhance the overall experience.

My xmas experience was ruined by the terrible heating system. The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning system was not working properly.
